The Trifecta of Our Time: Connectivity, Retention & Balance
The Trifecta of Our Time: Connectivity, Retention & Balance
Original Program: March 16, 2022
Duration: 1.5 Hour
Overview:
Leaders whose jobs in the best of times can be challenging, are especially stretched in these tough times. Organizations are faced with how to successfully support distributed work as teams continue to work remotely, retain and engage their teams, and counter the burnout that many are experiencing today. Our Spring 2022 Town Hall, The Trifecta of Our Time: Connectivity, Retention, and Balance, sought to contribute to the conversation around these three topics. Our speakers shared what opportunities exist to address each challenge given the current context of our organizations and where our world is going, and three tactics leaders can employ to start making changes today.
You can access a recording of the program, and the resources shared on our Padlet: https://unitedwayofnorthernnew.padlet.org/unitedwaynny1/1vt621xq811ehxnb
