Mental behavioral health programming continues to be at the center of community needs. The United Way of Northern New York’s North STAR Center for Professional Development was pleased to bring together the Directors of Community Services from Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence Counties – Tim Ruetten, Pat Fralick, and Jay Ulrich – who all highlighted programming in the pipeline.  Pat Fontana of Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization (FDRHPO) moderated this important virtual discussion.
