She is a collaborative team player that actively listens and understands stakeholder needs from market research and implementation initiatives. Her background in education and industry brings robust views and experiences to her mentoring and coaching workshops.

She is currently the Director of Outreach and Engagement at Cornell University Graduate School. In this position she focuses on creating and implementing programming for PhD students and postdocs interested in careers outside of academia. She also serves as a facilitator in the Leadership and Communication courses for eCornell. Prior to Cornell, she served as the Director of the Center of Experiential Learning at SUNY Oswego where she led a newly developed department that focused on experiential education and career planning including pre-professional advising, service learning, undergraduate research, and entrepreneurial activities.
