Nonprofits are often in the unique position of having “two heads,” a Board Chair and an Executive Director or CEO. This by necessity entails developing creative approaches to leadership sharing. Every so often, one of these leaders changes and the working relationship must be built anew. This workshop utilizes cases studies to examine the importance of a shared vision, honest communication, and navigating the power dynamic.
