This workshop provides an overview of one of the most helpful tools a nonprofit can utilize: the Sustainability Matrix Map as developed by Jeanne Bell and Steve Zimmerman. A key step in understanding organizational capacity, this tool simultaneously measures profitability and mission impact for your programs (including your fund development and marketing efforts.) The resulting map can become a key driver in making strategic decisions. Participants are encouraged to visit www.nonprofitsustainability.org prior to the workshop.
