Tracking a Diversity of Perspectives on a Board

Date:  Thursday, August 18, 2022

Time: 8:30AM-10:00AM EST

Location: Virtual via Zoom

These days we are seeing frequent conversations about the important topic of nonprofit board  diversity. Most organizations make sincere efforts to recruit board members that reflect the population they serve. Prior to recruitment, however, it is vital to understand which perspectives your current board holds, and what you might be lacking. The workshop encourages organizations to each honestly reflect on what “diverse perspectives” might mean, and then shows how to tailor a Board Matrix to your organization’s unique requirements.
