Cancellation: Training Series.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We can only issue a full refund if you cancel (at least) five business days before the date of your training. There will be a $5 processing fee for all cancellations before five business days of your training date. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds if you cancel within five business days or less of the date of your training. The reason we enforce this policy is to make sure that we have strong attendance and so that we can know well in advance if spots become available for waitlisted participants

Cancellation: Leadership Learning Circles

We can only issue a full refund if you cancel (at least) fifteen business days before the date of your training. There will be a processing fee for all cancellations. Unfortunately, we can’t provide refunds if you cancel within ten business days or less of the date of your training. The reason we enforce this policy is to make sure that we have strong attendance and so that we can know well in advance if spots become available for waitlisted participants.

Transfers

We know things come up and that plans change! We will do our best to accommodate requests for transfers, but it’s always best to make sure you can attend all training dates before completing any registration. Transfers may include changing your registration to another date (if available) or transferring your registration to another person at your organization. Please let us know as far in advance as possible of your upcoming training date if you need a transfer. We cannot guarantee that last-minute requests for transfers will be granted.
